Projects & Case Studies : A curated selection of real-world projects and case studies

SEO Projects : Increase Organic Traffic
-At Leadrogen, a marketing agency, I was tasked with boosting organic traffic. Through a strategic blend of AI-generated content (crafted thoughtfully to align with user intent), I achieved sustained first-page rankings on Google for several blog pages—some of which also won featured snippets, driving even more visibility. Over time, the site reached a peak of 556 monthly visits as reported by SimilarWeb.
-For DigitalHub, I adopted a different approach, focusing on brand reputation and localized visibility. By optimizing Google My Business, coordinating impactful events, and leveraging word-of-mouth strategies, I drove high-quality, location-specific traffic—especially effective in the Rabat area.

Meta Ads : Lead Generation
At DigitalHub, I ran a Meta Ads campaign to generate leads for a series of curated local events. With a total ad spend of just 464 MAD, we successfully brought in 86 leads, each aligned with the themes and audience of the respective events.
The campaign achieved a Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) of only 5.39 MAD per lead. With a 30% conversion rate (about 26 participants) and a very conservative estimated Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) of 200 MAD per person, the projected total revenue is 5,200 MAD.
This translates to an impressive ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) of 11.2x, showing strong performance in generating valuable leads on a lean budget.

Email & Whatsapp Marketing : Case Study
At Digitalhub, After generating leads from various sources, the next step was qualifying them, gauging interest, and estimating event attendance to plan effectively. Depending on the nature of each event, I used a tailored mix of email and WhatsApp marketing to engage leads and collect intent data.
While tools like CRMs or platforms such as Brevo could have streamlined this process, I was working with a minimal budget—and mindful of data privacy and the risks of over-reliance on third-party tools. Instead, I built a cost-free, fully functional system using Google Sheets automations and custom Apps Script code.
This setup allowed me to:
Qualify leads and track engagement,
Automate communication flows,
Estimate attendance with real-time updates,
And monitor everything in one place.
To boost engagement and streamline communication, I also created and managed a dedicated WhatsApp Community, which helped centralize updates and build a stronger connection with participants.

Case Study : Implementing Lead generation for Wifi Acess
At Digitalhub I was tasked with designing a seamless, autonomous solution to provide visitors with Wi-Fi access—without the need for staff intervention—while also collecting leads in the process.
To keep the experience smooth, I created a Google Form that only asked for a name and email, ensuring low friction for users. My initial idea was to email all the passwords directly, but copying them manually wasn’t ideal. I explored auto-connect links and QR codes, but each had its limitations—especially for single-device users.
The final solution was a Google Site that:
Listed all Wi-Fi passwords with one-click copy buttons
Included a clean visual layout of all QR codes for users with multiple devices
Was linked directly in a confirmation email after form submission
To automate everything, I also:
Embedded the form in a Linktree I designed specifically for the coworking space
Printed a stylish QR code for the Linktree, displayed in elegant glass placeholders around the space
This made the whole system completely self-serve—users could scan the QR code, access the Linktree, fill out the form, and receive everything they needed without asking anyone.
Additionally, I integrated Meta Pixel and Google Analytics into the Google Site to enable visitor tracking and the creation of lookalike audiences for future marketing campaigns—all done with no extra cost and full control over data privacy.
